MBA in sales and marketing, ADCA (Advance Diploma in Computer Application), and BCA with 12 Years of experience in Telecom Sector He has previously worked with Bharti Airtel, Aircel, Vodafone, Reliance Communications and TATA Indicom His key strength lies in evaluating the process design, its adequacy, adherence to internal controls, identifying reasons contributing to the control lapses, if any, within the existing processes and to initiate necessary business and operating changes as may be required He comes in as a leading force in the sales and marketing of the Company apart from driving the processes of the Company His role includes conducting a risk assessment of business processes including understanding client’s business environment However, being passionate about conservation and the environment, he decided to shift to environment related field Finding interest in Renewable Energy as a good option for energy conservation, he decided to go solo He worked in the field for few years before deciding to launch SunRadiance Technologies Pvt Ltd

She has unique talent to analyse current economic situation and plan Company’s roadmap for sustained operations. An entrepreneur from core drives the Company’s true values systems and ethical practices.

An ardent believer in the law of nature, she strongly believes that it is not nature that needs man but man who needs nature for its survival. Tanu's interest in renewable energy has been longstanding, but it is only recently that she became an entrepreneur to work fulltime in the field of Renewable Energy.
